Immigration New Zealand - Bangkok has recently undertaken a review of our passport handling procedures. The result of this is that we have made some changes to the way will handle passports in group applications. The changes are designed to improve our customer service and tighten passport security.

Immigration New Zealand, Bangkok branch will close for Christmas from 3:00 pm on Wednesday 24 December 2008 and re-open on Monday 29 December. The branch will also close for New Year from 3.00pm Tuesday 30 December and re-open on Monday 5 January 2009.
