Entrepreneur – Are there any other requirements?

Yes. 

• You must meet the minimum standard of English language ability. Note: your partner and children aged 16 years and over have an option to purchase English tuition, if they do not meet the minimum standard; children under age 16 are exempt.
• You need to provide evidence that you and your partner (if included in your application) meet our partnership requirements.

For each person included in your application you will need to provide:

• Two recent passport size photographs.
• Full birth certificate unless they were provided for a previous long term business visa application.
• Photocopy of the identity page of your passport.
• Completed Medical and X-ray Certificate Form (NZIS 1007) PDF. For full details on health requirements, see our Health Requirements Leaflet (NZIS 1121) PDF.
• Police certificate/s.
