Policy Amendment Circulars
The INZ Operational Manual will be updated three times per year: generally April, July, and November. Any amendments made before the update will be posted here under Amendment circulars.
Internal Administration Circulars
Internal administration circulars provide information for immigration staff on procedural and process issues. These are sent out as and when required. They are not part of the INZ Operational Manual.
