05 ROADING & INFRASTRUCTURE

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Recommended Qualifications

Earthmoving Labourer (Asphalt, concrete,chip sealing and road pavement workers only) : National Certificate in Civil Construction Works – Introductory skills OR National Certificate in Civil Road Construction AND/OR National Certificate in Civil Road Maintenance AND three years' relevant experience.

Construction Project Manager: Bachelor or Diploma of Engineering or equivalent and Project Management qualification AND a minimum of five years' experience AND staff management experience.

Construction Project Manager (Foreman): At least five years' experience in building or maintaining roads AND staff management experience AND appropriate driver's licence.

Paving Plant Operator (Roading): National Certificate in Civil Plant Operation (with strands in Skilled and Multiskilled) Level 3, Drivers licence with the wheels, tracks and rollers endorsement AND three years’ relevant experience.
